Hi! We are Penelope and Petunia!! We are 6 months old and are very sick. We were taken from a house that had a lot of animals and we were not getting proper care or nutrition. Because our environment was so unhealthy, we now have a really bad Upper Respiratory Infection, a Yeast Infection on our skin, and worst of all, we have an extremely bad case of Demodex. We don't have a lot of fur and look very wrinkly! Thanks to some really nice people at a Shelter in KY, we were given to KPR. Now we have been to the doctor and we are on a lot of different medicines to make us feel better. We don't like our medicine too much! Our Foster Mommy has to trick us into taking it all the time! We are tiny (11 and 12 lbs) and we like to play, but don't have a lot of energy yet. We keep looking at that pile of toys and can't wait to feel well enough to enjoy them! We eat off and on all day and sleep a lot. We have a lot of bad times to forget and good times to look forward to!
