  • KPR will not allow anyone with unaltered pets to foster.
    If you have any dogs in your household that are not spayed or neutered, please do not submit an application. We have very strong feelings about the pet overpopulation and feel that all pets should be spayed and neutered. Thank you!
  • KPR will pay for ALL medical care of foster Pugs.
    As a foster home, you will only be responsible for the expense of your foster Pug's food.
