Phoebe never made it to a new, forever home.  Sadly, she passed away before she could
find a new family.  But, Phoebe did have the love and tenderness of her foster parents, who cared
for her and where she will always hold a special place in their hearts.

They say memories are golden.
Well, maybe that is true.
I never wanted memories
I only wanted you.
A lot of times I needed you,
A many times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died.
In life you were dearly loved,
In death we love you still.
In our hearts you hold a place
No one could ever fill.
If tears could build a stairway,
And heartache make a lane.
We'd walk the path to heaven,
And bring you home again.
Our KPR family chain is broken,
And nothing seems the same.
But as God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.
