My Darling Jacob,

When I picked you up to take you home, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. For you were my first dog, I would've never known how much you would change my life and opened my heart for the next two years:

I aided your health issues, got you strong again and gave you as much love as I could have ever given you, but you gave me twice as much love back.
You always were there to comfort anyone who was feeling blue.
You always were there to make me laugh at your cute little face, big brown eyes and your silly little games you liked to play.
You always knew when it was time to go to work with me and help me with the daily grind.
You brighten up the office and every trip we took together.
You always were by my side day and night and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
I couldn't imagine what my life would have been like without you.........

Your poor little body fought for the last two weeks as hard as it could, but the pneumonia was too much for you.
As we were heading to your doctor your beautiful and loving heart was to weak to fight it any more and you passed away by my side.
As I pulled the vehicle over and placed my hand and rested my head on your heart I knew that you were gone.
As it was just the two of us alone together I said my goodbyes to you.
As the tears ran down my face onto you, I told you how much I love you always and forever.



You will be truly missed, never forgotten and you will always be in my heart.
